PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

Privacy notice

A clear explanation of who operates this website, how enquiries are handled, and how advertising data should be treated.

Draft version: 19 October 2026 · Not yet effective

This is a policy draft for company review. It must be checked against the chosen hosting provider, actual data practices, and applicable obligations before publication. A retention and deletion rule for advertising reports and analysis outputs has not yet been established.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by 深圳市迪广隆科技有限公司, referred to in English as Shenzhen Diguanglong Technology Co., Ltd. (Diguanglong Technology), based in Shenzhen, China.

For privacy enquiries, contact admin@diguanglongtech.com.

2. Website visits

This draft website has no account registration, advertising account connection, online payment, tracking analytics, or contact form. Contact links open your own email application. The hosting provider used for a published website may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The provider and its relevant practices must be identified before launch.

3. Information supplied by email

If you contact us, your email can include your email address, name, business details, and message content. Such information is intended to be used to answer your enquiry, discuss a potential service engagement, and maintain necessary business correspondence. Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, API secrets, or unrelated personal information.

4. Advertising service data

For advertising analysis and optimization support, our current tool workflow uses manually downloaded advertising reports imported into our tools with the advertiser's authorization. Report processing takes place locally on a computer; the tools do not upload reports to a server for processing in this workflow. Tool-supported work and deliverables are agreed for the service engagement. This describes the current workflow, not an existing Amazon Ads API integration.

The designated person responsible for the engagement views the reports. In the reported workflow, reports are not synchronized to cloud drives or computer backups. This does not imply that source files, analysis outputs, or temporary files are automatically deleted, or that access restrictions have been technically verified.

Service engagements require a separately agreed scope and valid authorization. The specific report fields, purposes, the party operating the tool, any file transfers, retention arrangements, and relevant service providers must be confirmed and disclosed for the engagement before reports are transferred or processed. This website does not itself accept report uploads or connect to Amazon advertising accounts.

Any future access through Amazon Ads interfaces is subject to the required approvals, advertiser authorization, and applicable Amazon policies. Website publication or a service enquiry does not grant such access.

5. Retention, access, and service providers

The company has not yet established a uniform retention and deletion rule for source advertising reports and analysis outputs. Before this notice becomes effective, the company must approve and implement retention periods or criteria, assign responsibility for deletion, and document storage locations and permitted access. No fixed retention period, automatic deletion, or completed deletion process is claimed in this draft.

The retention arrangements for enquiries and the relevant hosting, email, and other service providers must also be documented. Access and retention should be limited to the agreed service purpose and applicable requirements. This draft does not certify that particular technical controls have already been implemented.

6. Privacy requests

You may email requests concerning access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. Include enough context to identify the relevant enquiry or engagement, but do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification process has first been explained. The request should be reviewed in light of applicable requirements and any legitimate retention obligations.

7. Security concerns

To report suspected misuse of advertising data, a vulnerability, or a privacy incident, follow the security and incident reporting process.

8. Changes

The final notice should be reviewed whenever the website, service integrations, providers, or data handling practices change. An effective date must be assigned on approval.
